This dish is makes a wonderful after loving snack.  It's easy to put together using just what you have in the fridge and a nice charcuterie board.  Adding smoke salmon to this board instead of salty dried meats is a great idea as it has a high omega-3 content, which increases the likelihood that eating it will raise your
serotonin levels and improve your mood.  Salmon is loaded with calcium,
vitamins A, D, and B, all of which boost libido. Cheese adds a multi sensory experience to this board as cheese comes in different textures and smells.  

Some types of cheese, particularly those made from sheep or goat's milk, contain nutrients that are believed to have positive effects on sexual health.
