What’s your return and refund policy?

We offer a 30 Day money back guarantee.  If you are not fully satisfied with your Queen Green product, please let us know. We want to make things right but would like to understand your dissatisfaction with your product experience. Please email us at hello@queengreen.com. for more information. If you are not satisfied with our product you can send it back for a full refund within 30 days of purchase.

 Note, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. When the product is received, we will process a refund. We will accept returns and refunds for 30 days after purchase. For any international shipments, Queen Green will not refund if the shipment is lost, or held by customs.
