Breakfast Hash

Crispy hash browns are a must for the full English breakfast.  A great food to eat to stimulate desire is potatoes - contains Vitamins B, C Iron, Calcium, Potassium and provides fiber to your diet. This starchy cuisine is full of nutrients and antioxidants that help men feel more fertile and sexy. Sunflower has a lot of zinc, which is crucial for the development of sperm and is a significant libido enhancer. Arginine, a substance used to treat erectile dysfunction, is also found in sunflower seeds. It can reduce the tension in the muscles and blood arteries, allowing more blood to flow through.


3 medium-sized potatoes

50g butter, melted

1 onion chopped

3 cloves garlic

1 tsp chili flakes

Salt and Pepper to taste

4 tbsp sunflower oil



Grate the whole potatoes into a bowl using a coarse grater,  

Add some salt and pepper, then a piece of the butter over top.

Heat sunflower oil in a skillet or shallow pan on medium heat. 

Add the rest of the butter to the oil.

Add the onion and sauté until clear, add the garlic stirring consistently so the garlic doesn't burn.  

Cover the pot and turn the heat down

Cook for 5-7 minutes or until the potatoes start sticking to the bottom of the pan.


Serve with poached eggs and enjoy.
