Queen Green’s Shipping Policy

Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time All orders are processed within 2 business days. Shipments will be sent out on business days, orders may arrive on weekdays or weekends. Please allow 2 business days for processing, shipping speed is dependent upon shipping speed chosen at check out.

Shipping rates and delivery estimates Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses USPS must be used to ship to a PO Box.

Shipment confirmation and order tracking A tracking number will be provided in your order confirmation email. Customs, duties, and taxes Queen Green is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

Queen Green is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy

Queen Green does not currently ship outside of the USA. We plan to offer International Shipping soon.

Returns Policy

If you are not fully satisfied with your Queen Green product, please let us know. We want to make things right but would also like to understand your dissatisfaction with your product experience. Please email us at   hello@queengreen.com for more information. Note, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. When the product is received, we will process a refund. We will accept returns and refunds for 30 days after purchase.

For any international shipments, Queen Green will not refund if the shipment is lost, or held by customs.
