Grilled Chicken Salad

Grilled Chicken Salad

A very simple yet exquisite meal perfect for a romantic lunch with your
significant other! The best thing is that chicken is a high protein meal which aids in enhancing libido. L-arginine, zinc, and carnitine are all found in chicken. The amino
acids L-arginine and carnitine increase blood flow. Both men and women
need uninterrupted blood flow for a sexual response. This salad is loaded with
other vegetables such as tomatoes, cucumbers and avocados which contain a
very high concentration of minerals that are essential for sexual health, such
as beta carotene, magnesium, and vitamin E, which is frequently referred to
as the "sex vitamin" because it encourages the synthesis of sex hormones
that boost attraction, mood, and desire.

2 skinless deboned chicken breasts

2 tbsp recaito seasoning
1 tbsp avocado oil

Juice of 1 lime
1/2 lemon juice
Olive oil
2 avocados
1 handful chopped olives
1 handful chopped lettuce
1 cucumber sliced
4 small tomatoes quartered.
Lemon juice for dressing
Salt & pepper to taste

Heat up your grill or skillet.  Rinse the chicken breast and place in a bowl with the lime juice.  Give it a good toss and rinse again.  Add the recaito seasoning, salt, pepper, lemon juice and olive oil.  Place the chicken on the oil grill or skillet and cook for 5 minutes on each side.  Make sure your chicken is well cooked by cutting through the middle - if its still pink, cook it some more.  Chicken should never be served undercooked.  After the chicken is cooked remove it from the grill/skillet and place it on a place to rest.

Rinse and chop the salad ingredients and place in two bowls.  Cut the chick into strips and add to the salad.  Lightly season with olive oil, lemon juice and salt.
