4 Eggs

1 small Avocado

4 slices toast 


Bring a pot of water to a gentle boil.

Add 4 tbps of salt to the water.

Crack 4 eggs into separate cups and set aside.

Start stirring the water in a circular motion to create swirl.

Once the water is moving fast, add the eggs one by one and stop stirring the water. The motion of the water will keep the shape of the eggs around itself so the eggs stay together while cooking.

Cook the eggs for 3-4 minutes and serve on top of smashed avocado and toast, drizzle with olive oil and enjoy.
